Human Resources Leadership

The Goodrich Human Resources Leadership Program is a two-year, rotational program. Participants in the Human Resource Leadership Program typically have a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or Psychology.

Participants will spend twelve months at a non-union division and twelve months at a union division. Assignments may be in any order based on business need. The following is a description of possible work assignments during the rotations.

 

Typical assignments may include:

  • Salary administration and design
  • Employee benefits administration and design
  • College recruitment
  • Safety administration
  • Employee benefits administration
  • Employee communications
  • Wage and employee benefit surveys
  • Labor relations
  • Administer affirmative action plans
  • Staffing
  • Grievance and complaint administration
  • Training & development design facilitation
