Information Technology
Participants rotate in 8 month time frames through three Goodrich Facilities. These may have an infrastructure or applications focus, in addition to incorporating other IT operational elements. Once the rotation is complete and acceptable performance is demonstrated, the IT Leadership Program candidate will have the opportunity for placement into a regular position within Goodrich based on the business needs. The following is a description of possible work assignments during the rotations. Applications:
Infrastructure:
The mission of the Leadership Program is to develop future leaders of Goodrich by providing participants the opportunity to gain an understanding of the organization’s culture and environment, through day-to-day business activities and projects that will add value to the business by increasing skills, knowledge and talent.
