REACH: This is the new European chemicals legislation that came into force in July 2007.  Goodrich is pursuing an intensive program both internally and with our suppliers to achieve compliance with the REACH legislation. Suppliers have already been contacted regarding pre-registration, and we are now in the process of addressing product chemistry. We will be contacting all suppliers in the near future to obtain data regarding substances that have been identified on the recently released candidate list.

NADCAP: From January 2008 all special processes on products supplied to Goodrich Actuation Systems should be conducted by NADCAP approved suppliers. Any supplier who may be affected by this will have already been contacted.
