2004

Link Name In January 2004, Goodrich Customer Services commenced operations and relocated its headquarters and Americas MRO facility to Monroe, NC. Work and equipment transferred from the former Englewood, NJ and Aurora, OH facilities into the Monroe facility.

2005

Link Name We launched the Enterprise Customer Portal, allowing customers online order access, shipment tracking and connection to Goodrich e-commerce sites.

2006

Link Name We introduced the Customer Support Management program and deployed customer support directors to key customers worldwide. Through the utilization of continuous improvement tools and processes, Goodrich Customer Services has dramatically improved its delivery and turn around time performance, as well as its customer satisfaction levels over the past two years. The Monroe MRO facility received a regional Manufacturing Achievement Award for organizational performance improvement.

2007

Link Name We executed the A380 Asset Management agreement and implemented the program to support the launch A380 customer, Singapore Airlines. On November 14, Customer Services celebrated the grand opening of its new aircraft component and systems maintenance and repair campus in Dubai. The Dubai campus is the newest addition to the Customer Services global MRO network. Completion of this new site allows Goodrich to provide operators with convenient, localized support in the high-growth Middle East, Africa and South Asia regions.
