Interiors Products

Goodrich Interiors provides the aviation industry with a variety of aircraft products and services.  Our products can be found worldwide on many commercial aircraft, regional and business jets and military aircraft, including helicopters.  With such a wide customer base and an equally broad spectrum of products, chances are that if an aircraft is flying, there is an Interiors product somewhere on board.
 
Interiors products are found in, on, or around many types of aircraft and are designed with safety, functionality and comfort in mind.  With innovations such as our single-aisle 16g Cabin Attendant Seat for new A320 Family aircraft, flight crew members will have the latest in aircraft seats while enjoying improved comfort features.  Additionally, Interiors’ evacuation slides and slides/rafts are on board numerous airlines stowed and ready to go in the event they are needed.  Below deck, Interiors' cargo handling systems are comprised of conveyor rollers and tracks, side rail guides, side and end latches and power drive units (PDUs) which are designed to simplify the freight loading and unloading process.

On the military side, pilots and troops use our helicopter floor armor, armored seats and crashworthy troop seats while flying their missions.  Jet pilots buckle into our world renowned Advanced Concept Ejection Seats (ACES) which are credited with having saved over 600 lives to date.  ACES seats and jet canopies use Interiors’ propulsion systems and energetic devices to enable a pilot to quickly and safely exit the aircraft if they should have to eject.

Goodrich Lighting Systems designs, develops, tests, manufactures and repairs interior and exterior lighting for commercial, general aviation and military aircraft. That allows aircraft manufacturers, airlines and air forces to obtain the entire lighting from one single source.  In addition to its many lighting capabilities, Lighting Systems manufactures various cable and harness assemblies and repairs and overhauls mechanical and hydraulic units for military airplanes and helicopters.
