The Prestwick Service Center is a certified FAA repair station that excels in providing exceptional quality Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) services. Our extensive experience results in rapid solutions and tailored maintenance programs to precisely fit operator needs throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

We excel in problem solving. Our knowledgeable skilled staff, supplemented by our extensive design/engineering expertise – is capable of addressing any category of repair.We offer fixed priced repairs on this product as well as a turnaround time of five days from receipt of the incoming unit.

Our component repair capabilities provide quality products and services that minimize cost and turnaround time to our customers. We possess the expertise to design repairs where existing manual repairs are not available, enabling us to provide effective solutions to meet our customers’ demands.
The range of parts routinely inspected and repaired by our dedicated, skilled work force includes:

• Individual parts from inlet cowls, engine/fan cowls, thrust reversers and exhaust systems.
• Engine Build Up (EBU) parts from a variety of engine types.
• Electrical harnesses and fire detection systems from the EBU or any of the major nacelle assemblies.

In addition to carrying out all of the relevant repairs published in the nacelle manuals, we have an engineering design team capable of developing and applying a wide range of specialized repairs beyond the scope of existing published manuals. These repairs are fully approved as required for individual customer requirements.
