Goodrich Corporation will display its Senior Hawk small unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) model, intended to showcase small ISR payloads, at the 2010 Farnborough Airshow. Visit the company's pavilion outside OE4, located between hall 1 and chalet rows A and B.

The Senior Hawk UAV model is a notional concept from Goodrich to highlight the potential of small autonomous ISR systems to fill larger roles in intelligence gathering. The model shows how a Goodrich autopilot and gimbal with a shortwave infrared (SWIR) imaging system could be integrated into a small UAV. The highly-stable imaging system would be able to track individual persons and vehicles, and could be retracted during transit to and from the target area.
